Terms of Service

Users May:

• Use images for personal or client work.
• Resize, crop or change image orientation.
• Overlay the image with text, website screenshots, teasers, ads, book covers, virtual, product designs and pdf designs.
• Add filters or color overlays to suit their branding.

Users May Not:

• Claim the image as their own.
• Sell, loan, or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image (in its raw format) in any way.
• Transfer the images to clients/customers in raw format (as you purchased)..
• Images may not be used for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use.

Regina Wamba & Yuli Xenexai | The Image Apothecary at 15045 Wind Whisper Dr. Odessa, FL remain the sole and exclusive owners and holders of the copyright of the image. 

Credit / Attribution is not required, but always appreciated. Remember to use #theimageapothecary or @theimageapothecary so we can see how you use the images and even feature your work!

Members acknowledge that The Image Apothecary does not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images if any appear. Members agree that neither Regina Wamba, Yuli Xenexai nor The Image Apothecary shall be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. The Image Apothecary | Regina Wamba/Yuli Xenexai shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.

Because the digital nature & instant access of our products, we have a strict no refund policy. The Image Apothecary is not responsible for any unsaved or lost products that have been purchased. Because of the ever changing nature of the website, products are often moved or discontinued. We only allow 3 downloads per product purchased, if you exceed your download amounts you must repurchase that product to access it. We advise you to download your purchased images right away and back them up on a hardrive/cloud drive for future use. Clearance items are subject to discontinuation without notice. All users, buyers & clients are responsible for making sure all of their purchases in their cart are correct before checking out & paying. We do not refund or credit any multiple or accidental purchases. All clients have 30 days from time of purchase to notify us of any technical issues with the order, including links or downloads. We strongly encourage you to download all of your purchases immediately to avoid any complications with your order. We will not resend or troubleshoot issues with purchases that have been processed past 30 days. If you have issues with discount codes not applying or being overcharged on a sale we are happy to correct the amount via refund, credit or gift card.
